One of the biggest influences for me and many others in creating wealth has been Robert Kiyosaki. Rich Dad Poor Dad as well as Cashflow Quadrant are two must read books. These are also good books to build a solid foundation for the other books recommended on this site. Also, Robert Kiyosaki has recently released a book coauthored with Donald Trump, Why We Want You to be Rich.
All three of these books stress the importance of not only understanding Wealth Intelligence for yourself but teaching others to do so as well. The benefits of helping others is not only for the self-gratification one gains from this activity but more importantly the positive impact that it has on our economy and securing a strong future society. |

Summaries:
Rich Dad Poor Dad
This book discusses the differences between Robert Kiyosaki's real Dad who stressed academic education and employment (Poor Dad), and his friends Dad who stressed wealth education and business ownership and investing (Rich Dad). This is a great eye opener for the difference between poor/middle class and wealthy/financial independence.
Cashflow Quadrant
This book goes into more detail on the differences, pros, and cons of employment, self-employment, and business owner/investor. |
