There are 3 key elements to Wealth Success. First, Setup an accurate spending plan using a percentage of your Net Income for each expense category (comparable to reasonable benchmarks, i.e. no more than 40% for housing expense, and no more than 10% for Auto expenses). Second, Create short, intermediate, and long-term life goals, then develop financial goals based on the costs for the life goals (Focus on meeting the short term goals and the interim/long-term goals will start to fall into place). Third, implement disciplined follow through to continuously work toward the achievement of these goals and work adamantly to not exceed your benchmarks for your spending plan.
